Are you doing this study with your "home girls" or are you waiting to do it online with Beth and Living Proof? I haven't committed to a study yet. What is your first impression of this study? Sorry I'm bombarding you with questions this morning. Inquiring minds...you know. Love, Annette
I just finished MM&L with a home Bible study group here in Louisville. Although this Bible study wasn't my favorite, it does help the participant recognize faulty thought processes that we individually possess and dwell on. At least in the beginning of the study, I felt like I was rehashing old insecurities that I had (by the grace of God) overcome (overcame?) or maybe "grew out of" through maturity. The video is OK, no Beth Moore, but we all have our preferences. On the other hand, I do plan on following along on the LPM blog and I am hoping Beth Moore gives further insight and/or exercises that will provide "meat" for the study. I hope this makes sense. I'm trying not to "dog" the study, it just wasn't one of my favorites :-) By the way, Karen, I love the new look of your blog! Cheri
I am doing both this summer. We are starting the study at Southeast tonight but I fully plan to participate in some type of forum for the LPM study.
I've done other Jennifer studies and enjoyed them. I'm not sure what to expect with this one. I've heard positive and negative things. However, I am looking forward to studying the Word and hanging out with my "home girls" as much as I'll enjoy hanging with my bloggerettes. bloggerinas? What are we anyway?
I kept my home study group going in Jan. until we finished our study in March. Can't decide whether I want to commit to a study...though I miss my friends in the group.
Love your background, I almost switched back to it last week...I'll wait a while.
